Our Chefs

We are proud to collaborate with two of Sweden’s most innovative and acclaimed chefs Daniel Höglander and Niclas Jönsson, owners and chefs, at the award-winning Michelin restaurant Aloë. The restaurant menu is characterized by Mediterranean cuisine with influences from Italy, southern France, the Middle East and North Africa. The dishes have a maritime focus as well as green and lighter cuisine. In addition, they also offer tasty and innovative pizzas. Overall a wide menu of dishes where guests can choose from several small to medium-sized dishes.

Whether celebrating a special event such as a birthday, engagement or anniversary, or simply wish to add that festive feeling to any occasion all of our cakes are made by our talented pastry chef Annie Lundin with the highest quality ingredients at our very own bakery.
