The Swedish designer brand SUSAN SZATMÁRY is found at Villa Dagmar, next into Trädgården.
Susan Szatmáry is a modern luxury brand founded in Sweden in 2018. Influenced by her multiple and diverse cultural backgrounds, Susan creates high end accessories with a unique identity, combining function & simplicity with delicate elegance.
First Susan Szatmary’s Valisette collection was presented in Paris in September 2018. It was inspired by the Art Deco period, bringing in a Scandinavian industrial touch to Italian leather craft. Strong storytelling and product focus was quickly spotted by press and editors, seen in Vogue.
Susan made her first bags recycling old leather jackets she bought in vintage stores, using her sewing machine. After her fashion studies in Italy she started at Alexander McQueen in London. Her experiences and history shaped her path in life as well as her work and her journeys. Influenced by her multiple and diverse cultural backgrounds.
Today, Susan has been selling her products under her own name shop located inside our hotel since 2023 and it is not only a Boutique but also a showcase to express her art and creativity.
