Our award-winning wine list, curated by Villa Dagmars Head Sommelier Rasmus Klintberg, aims to stoke curiosity and showcase excellent wines by our favorite producers from lesser-known parts of the world.

The inspiration behind Dagges wine list comes from the “Sommeliers guide to exploring new wines”. Our sommeliers are intrigued by high-quality wines from new parts of France, Spain, and Italy. With nearly 90 carefully curated wines by the glass, our sommeliers highlight wines from ten different regions that even stirs the fastidious and knowledgeable minds of our regulars.

Our expert sommelier, Rasmus Klintberg, has many years of experience in the restaurant industry and esteemed knowledge of wines. Rasmus began his sommelier career at the two-star Michelin restaurant Aloë, where he soon became the Head Sommelier. Rasmus was nominated in 2017 by Livets Goda – Swedens most acclaimed wine magazine – as the “Rising Star of the Year”. The founders of Aloë, are the acclaimed chefs Daniel Höglander and Niklas Jönsson. 


With two nominations in Star Wine List of the year Sweden in less than a year, Dagges wine list received two Silver Stars in the categories Best Medium Size Wine List Sweden and additional nominations in Best Sherry Wine List Sweden.
